I am a member of the Pender high varsity softball team and I am graduating this year. The loss to East Carteret friday was the worst thing ever, but I have faith that pender will rise from the ashes and get back to walnut creek for their third championship. I am rooting for Swain County to win this year. I hope Swain County become 1A 2008 softball champs and defeat east carteret, east surry and manteo.
